Birth support

Designed to provide calm, expert support from the prenatal stage through birth.

Includes:

  • One-on-one initial consultation during your second trimester, featuring a fully customized birth plan.

  • Two intimate, private prenatal workshops in your third trimester:

    • Birth & Labor Preparation

    • Active Labor + Immediate Postpartum Readiness

  • In-person labor support at your chosen birthing location, beginning at 3cm dilation.

  • Up to 24 hours of continuous support during labor and immediate postpartum.

*Additional time beyond 24 hours is billed at $40/hour.
